Your role supports the day-to-day operations of teams by handling administrative tasks. This may include but not limited to:

· scheduling meetings, managing calendars, organizing files;

· travel arrangements and manage team members’ expense claims when necessary;

· serve as a point of contact for team members and external partners, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient collaboration;

· support in onboarding preparation and onboarding process of new team member;

· support in offboarding process of a team member;

· coordinate and organize events, trainings, team or company meetings;

· coordinate company-wide communications;

· coordinate and prepare reports when necessary;

· support the team in creation of purchase orders and invoicing processes, and follow up on outstanding payment with relevant department.

This role of Team Assistant will support 5 diverse functions, with below key stakeholders:

· Country Finance Director,

· Country HR team,

· Tax team;

· Assurance team;

· GT S Finance team

If you have a couple years of experience working in administrative work, that gives you an advantage to be selected. Given the diversity of stakeholders you will need to work with, as a successful candidate, you need to possess:

· Good organizing skill and time management;

· Good communication skill in English, oral and written;

· Highly energetic and approachable;

· Open to learning and enjoy getting things done.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to RM5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Fixed shift
  • Monday to Friday
