  • Work with Business Development to market and develop logistics business.
  • Set up warehouse operation and oversee its activities.
  • Ensure SOP compliance for all internal and external required process.
  • Ensure continuous improvement and corrective & preventive actions for issues.
  • Generate logistics revenue to meet plan forecast.
  • Ensure profitability of program by improving productivity (P&L).
  • Manage program owner to achieve customer SLA and expectation.
  • Manage new projects and work with BD.
  • To take up any assignment given by the General Manager of Logistics.
  • Work with Business Development to develop existing and new customers on Supply Chain Program/Logistics Business.
  • Manage/oversee new project till operation mode.
  • Assist sister companies in developing SCM/Logistics Business.
  • Performance measurement of logistics revenue and warehouse operation.
  • Assist BD team to seek opportunity for more business.
  • Establish customer rapport and improve service level by having progressive meeting with customer with service improvement objective.
  • Maintain performance measurement (KPI)
  • Ensure Program Manager/Executive carry out their respective roles and responsibilities according to JD.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Minimum Diploma/Degree.
  • Minimally 10 years’ experience (at least 5+ years in management capacity in large warehouse operations)
  • Fluent in English.
  • Good trouble shooting skills to establish root causes and provide effective solutions. Good written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills with all levels of people.
  • Good management skills for people management, planning and organizational skills.
  • Good analytical skills in costing, P&L and data analysis on process and systems.
