Maintenance Engineer

The following is a detailed, but not exhaustive, listing of the hands-on tasks you will undertake in the role:

Machine breakdown and parts

• Attend breakdowns and repair the equipment as specified in the equipment manufacturer’s manual.
• Outsourcing of work which cannot be performed in the workshop & establishing contacts with outside workshop.
• Ensure critical spare parts in good condition and in good quantity
• Liaise with supplier and making order in AX system.
• To source supply of spare parts and new parts for equipment and machineries whenever necessary.

PM ( Preventive Maintenance )

• Preparation of preventive maintenance schedule for all the factory machinery & carry out maintenance accordingly.
• Liaise with contractor to service and maintenance as schedule for air-condition, electrical, chiller unit and compressor.
• Assist and support Senior Technician on technical matters whenever necessary which respect to engineering control.
• Perform PM on schedule to reduce machine breakdown time.

Reporting and budgeting

• Prepare reports, analyzes data and make recommendations for maintenance operations improvement and solving maintenance related problems.
• Ensure to follow Repair & Maintenance costing according to monthly budget.
