Job Title: Sales Solution Architect
Qualifications:
- University Degree students in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent.
- Experienced Pre-Sales, Sales Engineers familiar with contact centre solution and/or CPaas will be an advantage.
Skills:
- Familiarity with systems hardware architecture, network interconnect technologies, and topologies
- Be able to effectively communicate the pros and cons to a prospect. Explain point of views and convince internal and customer stakeholders about the architected solution.
- Understanding of evolving technology
- Potential to identify future products and services.
- Knowledge of competitive products in the market
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Work with Sales Leadership to compile strategies and direction for our Contact Center solution and relevant integration solutions for our customers.
· Contribute to ensuring related sales activities is driven to meet business objectives.
· Provide thought leadership and solution design during various phases of the pre-sales cycle.
· Lead and introduce the overall technical vision for our Contact Center Solution.
· Design and plan the technical aspects of our Contact Center Solution to ensure it meets the customer’s desired requirements, is scalable, reliable, and efficient.
· Collaborate with a broader solution development team to design technical blueprints for solutions and implementation plans encompassing software, hardware, network, and inter-connectivity aspects.
· Leverage existing technologies and productize the customer needs that lay outside of the current product offering. This may include the need to build advanced enterprise level systems.
· Provide technical expertise, advising on deployment architectures, and handle in-depth technical questions during meetings, events and calls to prospective, and existing customers and partners with the goal to build long-term business relationships and become a trusted advisor within each customer account.
· Responsible to manage a product backlog of request for new features to existing solution, brand new solutions, and bug/defect request.
· Upon winning the business deal, assist the Project Manager (where required) and the fulfilment & delivery team to ensure the solution is suitably implemented/developed to suite customer.
· Provide guidance to development and engineering team to design, modify and test technical architecture.
· Continuously research current and emerging technologies and propose changes where needed.
· Inform stakeholders about any issues with the current technical solutions being implemented.
· Anticipate problem- and problem-solving ability across the solution landscape.
Job Requirements
- Have outstanding communications skills that enable you to converse, write, present in both English & Bahasa Malaysia easily with everyone from end users to C-Level executives.
- Able to work outside of normal working hours or weekends occasionally to support sales activities. Support work may be conducted remotely or onsite.
- Adhere to use and update our internal system tools; leave application, etc.
- Comply to our internal and customer information security & data privacy policies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
