DESCRIPTION:

  • Assist recruitment process and coordinate communication with candidates and conduct an interview for operator and miscellaneous.
  • Register the new employee details into the system and manage HR operations such as preparing and maintaining of personal files and records, payroll verification, tracking of service confirmation, contract expiry, etc
  • Responsible for the full spectrum of company payroll (including bonus, incentives, overtime, claims, allowances, advance payment, deductions, Zakat and others) and ensuring compliance and accuracy in monthly payroll activities in a timely manner.
  • Handle industrial disciplinary relations matters such as disputes, poor performance, grievance etc and comply with company policies and labour laws.
  • Provide regular feedback to employees regarding payroll and Human Resource inquires.
  • Prepare and reconcile monthly payroll reports.
  • Preparation and submission for statutory payroll contribution (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDCORP), liaise with all relevant government parties and ensuring compliance to all statutory requirements.
  • Update all documentations in relation to the payroll processing activities on a regular basic.
  • Assist in employee Insurance, processing payment, employee movement and etc.
  • Managing a payslip, EA and E form for submission.
  • Responsible for ordering and maintain office supplies/ cleaning and uniform.
  • Office management entails ordering stationery, keeping inventory of office/cleaning/pantry supplies, and replenishment.
  • Able to handle Private and confidential matters and issues.
  • Assist with the day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties as assigned.
  • Communicate with public services when necessary.
  • Support company employee engagements & events such as townhall, sports club, festive initiatives

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 1 years working experience in Human Resources management and similar industry will be an added advantage.
  • Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Possess own transport
  • Fast learner and passion with numbers.
  • Knowledge on labour law in Malaysia.
  • Able to relocate.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
