Job Summary
To assist in the administration of the department.
Job Responsibilities
1) Monitor the overall department's budget and expenditures,
2) Compile and monitor purchase order and invoices,
3) Review travelling claims,
4) Generate Good Transfer Note (GTN),
5) Distribute calibration certificate and report to branches,
6) Manage petty cash transaction,
7) Record keeping,
8) To perform any other duties that may be directed by the superior from time to time.
B. Job Requirements
1) Minimum Education:
SPM with credit in Bahasa Malaysia & English
2) At least 1 year experience in clerical work
3) Competencies and skills
a. Competent in Microsoft applications
b. Good communication and interpersonal skills
4) Others:
Committed in work.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,500.00 per month
