Key Responsibilities:

1. Facilities Management

- Oversee the management and maintenance of company facilities.

- Ensure a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.

2. Procurement and Vendor Management

- Manage procurement processes, including obtaining quotations from suppliers.

- Maintain relationships with vendors to ensure the timely and cost-effective supply of goods and services.

3. Delivery Order Management

- Oversee and manage the delivery orders process.

- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services from suppliers.

4. Office Supplies and Equipment

- Ensure the efficient procurement, distribution, and maintenance of office supplies and equipment.

5. Event Management

- Plan, organize, and execute internal and external events, such as company meals and other events.

6. Travel Management

- Arrange and coordinate travel logistics for employees, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.

7. Administrative Support

- Provide administrative support to various departments, ensuring efficient office administration and communication.

8. File Management

- Maintain and manage company files and records, ensuring accurate and organized documentation.

9. Vendor Contracts and Agreements

- Review and manage vendor contracts and agreements.

- Ensure favourable terms and compliance with company standards.

10. Record Keeping

- Maintain accurate records of general affairs activities, including inventory, procurement, and compliance documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background - Diploma in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Language Proficiency - English (Must) & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Experience - Fresh graduate without experience can consider. Or minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administration or procurement.
  • Experience in general affairs operations, including facilities management, procurement, and vendor management.
  • Skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively interact with employees, stakeholders, and external partners. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
