Production Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise respective Section Workers to make sure that they carry out all production tasks.
• Ensure that the daily production of individual section is running smoothly and efficiently.
• Maintain and maximize production output and efficiency through the proper planning of manpower, machinery and material.
• Troubleshoots problems through problems identification, problem analysis and corrective action.
• Liaise with the Customer Service Personnel to process orders from customers.
• Follow-up all samples requested by Customer Service Department for submission to customers for approval.
• Train new production operators by coordinating on the job training programs to guide operators.
• Ensure that product quality conforms to all customers specifications.
• To conduct / liaise for incoming, in-process and outgoing inspection.
• To arrange for delivery of goods to customers.
• Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by Management from time to time.
• Oversees expediting procedures for the department.
• Establish and implement ISO9001, ISO14001, OSHA and other company documented policies and procedures.

Authority:

• To relocate production worker temporary during the daily production activities.
• To substitute materials used if the required materials is not available.
• To reject any nonconforming products found.

Requirements:

• Education level / Qualification: SPM & above
• Experience: 3 years and above (Preferable in the same industry)
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing tools and equipment
• IT skills, especially using data analysis software
• Excellent organization, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong work ethic
• Ability to create and adhere to production processes
• Ability to write reports legibly and accurately
• Relevant training and certification in industrial production, engineering, or any related field

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
