RECRUITMENT
-Identifying workforce needs, preparing job advertisements, and conducting interviews and selecting candidates.
EMPLOYEE ORIENTATION
-Hold on orientation program to help new employees understand company culture, policies and procedures.
EMPLOYEE DATA MANAGEMENT
-Store and maintain employee records, including personal information, employment contract and employment history.
PAYROLL AND BENEFITS
-Manage payroll, ensure timely payment, and handle allowance and deduction.
LEGAL COMPLIANCE
-Ensure the company complies with applicable employment regulations, including laws regarding discrimination and occupational health.
BASIC TRAINING
-Organize initial training for new employees, including training on company policies and safety procedures.
EMPLOYEE RELATIONS MANAGEMENT
-Handle employee problem and complaints, and strive to build good communication between management and employees.
EMPLOYEE WALFARE
-Develop basic welfare program, such as sports activities or health seminars.
INTERNAL COMMUNICATION
-Manage communications within organization, including conveying important information to employees.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
