Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Execution of the purchasing process, including issuing purchase orders, receiving invoices, payment arrangement and compilation of purchasing documents.
- Follow up purchase orders issued to suppliers to ensure prompt delivery of goods.
- Maintain accurate records of all purchasing activities, progress, data, and documents as per ISO requirements.
- Assist in the sourcing, selection and evaluation of existing or new suppliers to ensure the conforming of quality, cost and delivery.
- Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Work collaboratively with other departments, such as Account, Finance and Operations, to ensure seamless purchasing processes.
