- Regularly visit retail locations to deliver in-person training, conduct assessments, and provide support to store teams across multiple regions.
- Ensure all training adheres to company policies, operational standards, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail training or a similar role, with a focus on field training and employee development.
- In-depth understanding of retail operations, customer service, and sales strategies.
- Proven ability to inspire and motivate retail teams to achieve excellence and drive results.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS), e-learning platforms, and training tools.
