Strategy & Planning / Programme Management Office
- Oversee the management of multiple data and AI programs and projects, ensuring timely and effective execution. This includes governance, facilitation, and reporting on initiatives across the Group.
- Lead and drive key transformational and remedial efforts, ensuring the successful implementation of data-driven solutions and special projects.
- Perform other responsibilities or tasks as assigned by the Chief Data and AI Officer or other senior executives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to formulate and execute the Data and AI strategy, ensuring alignment with the Group’s long-term business goals and operational excellence.
- Act as the main advisor and support for respective heads of departments, providing insights and guidance on data and AI initiatives across consumer, commercial, wholesale, and enabler functions.
- Facilitate the alignment of senior leadership across various divisions to build and maintain a cohesive vision for driving data and AI excellence.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive dynamics to capitalize on opportunities and address potential threats.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within data and AI functions, enhancing effectiveness and efficiency while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
- Identify and address key objectives, performance gaps, and issues. Track and manage the financial and operational performance of data and AI functions.
- Oversee the planning and budgeting processes for data and AI initiatives, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and aligned with strategic goals.
- Monitor and manage day-to-day performance across data and AI initiatives, ensuring operational efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Support the design and optimization of organizational structures and processes to enhance the effectiveness of data and AI functions.
