  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

Delivery status

  • Communicate with customers on their requested/delivery status
  • Feedback to customers on stock availability & ETA warehouse date.

Delivery arrangement

  • Monitoring delivery status
  • Coordinate and follow through with salesperson to seek approval for release of blocked delivery.
  • Prepare Picking List and Delivery Note, and forward to Warehouse (MYM) to pick goods for delivery. Ensure MYS-SO or MYS-PO is matched accurately to the customer PO.
  • Ensure the correct Certificate of Analysis is provided to customer for each delivery.
  • Communicate with factory (MYM) and transporter to ensure prompt and accurate deliveries to customers.

Stock control : Finished goods

  • Manage and monitor the stock quantity and aging at Warehouse.
  • Alert customers/salespersons on overdue stocks at Warehouse.

Customer complaint

  • Ensure required information is available for complaints to be logged into QSHE Software.
  • Keep customers updated on the complaint status.

Reports

  • Stock Status Report (for specific customer when requested)

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma holders.

• Proficient in English and Mathematics.

• 1-2 years working experience in manufacturing industry

• Must be willing to work in Glenmarie, Shah Alam.
