Job Description:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, email marketing, and social media promotions.
- Contribute to the development of marketing materials, including blog posts, social media content, and email newsletters.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and prepare reports to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Manage and update company social media profiles, including content scheduling and engagement with followers.
- Support the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns, including list management and performance tracking.
- Assist in organizing and promoting company events, trade shows, and product launches.
- Provide general administrative support to the marketing department, including scheduling meetings and maintaining marketing files.
Job Requirements:
- Min. Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools will be an added advantage.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design software is a plus.
