We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop strategic sales plans, and provide exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction and business success.

Job Description

You will support the business in driving revenue and growth of our Business Conferences and Trainings events. This role is ideal for a candidate keen on developing a career in international B2B sales across different products and industries. This position allows you to develop deep knowledge of a wide range of industries and market sectors both in Malaysia and abroad. Your main objective will be to promote our events to senior-level decision-makers in major organizations throughout Asia & the Middle East.

Your role includes the following:

· Conduct research to build a customer database

· Build business contacts via phone

· Construct personal client leads list(s)

· Contact senior-level decision-makers to join our international events

· Achieve event targets

· Develop new accounts and expand the customer base in both domestic and international markets

· Manage client services which include quoting, customer development, and the sale of our diverse and technical products

· Respond to client needs and requirements with appropriate solutions

· Oversee the entire sales process from start to finish with each customer

Job Requirements:

· Locals are highly preferred.

· Excellent communication skills

· Able to understand and work effectively with the specifications and applications of a technical product line

· Must be able to write and speak fluent English

· Good research skills

· Strong negotiation and communication skills (verbal and written)

· Exhibits excellent time management skills and is very detail-oriented

· Energetic, confident, and motivated with the ability to think on your feet

· Be self-motivated, resilient and results-driven in pursuing and achieving objectives

· Proficient with MS Office, email, and internet technology

· Preferably a minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience, but fresh graduates are always welcomed!
