We are looking for a creative, self-driven, and highly organized inside sales professional to help grow our business in the region. In this role, you will need to understand customer needs, align them with our solutions, and drive deal closures.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan for your territory to meet revenue targets.
  • Quickly learn and adapt to multiple SaaS (cloud) products across various domains such as CRM, Collaboration, HR, etc.
  • Understand customer needs and align Zoho software capabilities accordingly.
  • Engage in meaningful, product-knowledge-driven conversations with prospects.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales engineers to recommend tailored solutions to customers.
  • Ensure timely responses to product demonstrations and pre-sales queries.
  • Work closely with product teams to continuously update and expand product knowledge.
  • Suggest improvements to the team on strategies for growing sales.
  • Demonstrate a strong drive to close deals effectively.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Business, Information Systems, IT Applications Development, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in Software (SaaS) or B2B sales.
  • Experience in selling similar solutions is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in English and a local language at a business level is mandatory for liaising with stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to transition from other sales streams to software (SaaS) sales.
  • Familiarity with using LinkedIn to generate sales leads is a plus.
  • Self-starter with the ability to think outside the box to solve issues and address concerns.
