  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Consultant is very different from HR, TA or internal recruiter. Instead of doing it with a psychological approach, Consultant will use sales techniques and networking to attract potential talents for our hiring partners.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Developing a good understanding of our hiring partners, their industry, what they do, their work culture and environment.
  • Working with candidates to identify the best job match and manage priorities efficiently.
  • Managing and tracking a high volume of hiring processes while also providing guidance, gathering feedback and pushing job processes forward.
  • Helping candidates at all stages of interviews at scale,

Who We Are Looking For

  • Min. 1-6 years of experience working within sales activity.
  • High EQ and ability to adapt with technology and people.
  • Must have a passion and committed for sales processes.
  • Must be solution and process-oriented.
  • Adaptable and comfortable with uncertainty: You will be working in a startup environment that is rapidly changing and iterating. Previous experience working in a startup environment would be an added advantage.
  • Recruitment consultant experience would be preferred.
  • We are an in-office culture. Flexibility is fine, but most people in our business team work Monday - Friday 10-7 and are available on weekends when need be to support candidate needs (but we won't abuse your weekends).
