What you’ll be working on:
- Microservices Development: Leverage the Spring framework to design and build microservices that scale with the growing needs of the business.
- Middleware Development: Design and develop server-side modules for data communication, optimizing network models for efficiency and reliability.
- Robust Code Development: Create scalable, flexible, and maintainable backend systems, adhering to best coding practices.
- Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, troubleshoot complex issues, and enhance backend processes for maximum efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead and work with teams across product, marketing, and finance to ensure backend development aligns with business objectives.
- Containerization and Orchestration: Experience with Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
- Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation and provide support for production issue resolution.
What we’re looking for:
- Possesses minimum 2 years and above of hands-on experience in developing applications using Java/J2EE, with strong knowledge and experience in Spring Boot and Spring MVC frameworks.
- Proficiency in modern databases such as MySQL and MSSQL, with experience in optimizing databases for high performance.
Added Advantages:
- Microservices Architecture: Proven experience in designing and developing microservices using Spring Cloud.
- High-Concurrency Systems: Strong background in building high concurrency systems with practical multithreading experience.
- Front End Development: Basic knowledge of front end development using modern frameworks such as React or Vue.
- SaaS and Big Data: Familiarity with SaaS product development and big data technologies, including message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka) and search engines (ElasticSearch/Kibana)
- Multi-Language Development: Proficiency in multiple programming languages, such as Python, NodeJS, or PHP.
- Domain Expertise: Experience in building marketing event based requirements for financial or trading platforms, as well as expertise in building content management systems (CMS).
