About the Role
Responsible for conducting quality control tests to ensure that software meets specified standards and end user requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop clear and concise User Acceptance Test (UAT) Test Plans for digital projects and improvements
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure test environments and any specific UAT requirements are set up in readiness for test execution
- Test and analyze test outputs for accuracy and completeness
- Report and track UAT defects using JIRA
- Work closely with relevant parties to resolve UAT defects
- Report UAT progress and highlight key areas of risk and issues
- Partner with BP to facilitate UAT signoff by ensuring that all functionalities have been tested, defects have been identified and documented, impacts have been assessed, and resolutions provided
- Review and signoff UAT plan with relevant stakeholders
- Prepare user guides and provide training to end users on the relevant enhancements
Job Requirements:
- Degree Holder preferably in Business IT, Computer Science or a related field
- At least 2-3 years UAT Testing experience preferably in the Insurance or related industries
- Meticulous and able to manage priorities to meet deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in engaging key business partners
- Digitally-savvy with a passion for optimising digital experiences
- Positive attitude and willingness to share and learn
- Ability to work under pressure with minimal guidance and is a great teammate
