Job Summary:

Updating client employee databases by prepare import template for employee information and employment details.

Assist to prepare Payroll, Leave and Claim transaction import data for HRMS System

Review and check data or transaction reconciliation for HRMS

Update salary and statutory information of employee for APAC country

Study and understand HR Management software specification with seniors' guidance.

Prepare HR management system step guides presentation according to client policies setting

Prepare HR project documents and follow instructions of senior’s

Learning Human Resources Management System set up and client’s HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters.

This role is the right fit for you, if you are/have:

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human resources / administration / management, or equivalent.

Excellent command of written and spoken English, Chinese and BM.

Able to always maintain private and confidential matters.

Self-driven and motivated individual, who is always eager to learn and grow.

Meticulous with keen attention to details and likes to work with data.

Able to work independently and is a good team player.

Have own transport and willing to be based in Kepong.
