What You Will Do
- Lead in IM and RFI development across MY Development team.
- Managing and supporting the IM process across the Development Team together with the RFI for internal/external approvals.
- Analyze financial feasibility and viability of the project
- To develop strategies for Large Scale developments based on existing programs such as NEDA, TPA, CRESS, LSS, etc.
- To secure land for large scale development
- Planning, organizing, and executing all activities related to proposal submission. Ensure that proposal are aligned with both the client’s needs and the company’s offer.
- Performing desktop credit checks
- Support in coordination of the efforts of the team, ensuring all members understand their roles and responsibilities across the development process
- Enhancement of Sales Platform & liquidity Planning.
- Owning the pipeline dashboard and support RfD, RfI, liquidity planning across all opportunities in SEA.
- Engagements with Government and authority together with mapping out the current and upcoming policies within SEA with support from Business Development Team on market trends and research.
- Stakeholder management for existing clients and support in land scouting when needed.
