The Soul Society Group began in 1996, opening its first outlet SOULed OUT brand as a small neighborhood café in Mont Kiara. With a coquettish menu featuring a mix of familiar favourites and an astute beverage list, it won many hearts with its easy and familiar personality. More than a decade on and having served over 3 million patrons, the Group has matured into an assured personality with a fun loving spirit. An eclectic mix of Local, Western and Northern Indian food and beverages make it a place for friends and family to foster the spirit of friendship and camaraderie. Now we are running 8 different outlets under different house brands named SOULed Out, WIP & HUBBA HUBBA located around the Klang Valley golden triangle area, Bangsar, Desa Sri Hartamas, Mont Kiara, Pavilion Bukit Jalil & Kota Kinabalu.   • An entrepreneurial and creative spirit who is ready to own the marketing performance of a brand of outlets and devise unique ways of reaching new target audience
  • A strong and effective communicator who can liaise with multiple stakeholders and achieve a positive end result
  • A quantitative marketers who dives deep into the data and uncover new findings that can lead to potential new opportunities
  • A curious mind who stays up to date with F&B and social media trends and can use them to apply into the various parts of the customers lifecycle (conversion, retention, loyalty)
  • An aspiring event planner that enjoys planning the A-Z of a brand partnership or internal event, with the sole goal of giving people an unforgettable experience

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the development, implementation, and execution of marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
  • Build brand awareness and positioning, while ensuring consistent strategic, brand direction and brand imagery in all aspects of work.
  • Keep track of expenses for marketing activities to ensure cost effectiveness.
  • Undertake administrative duties including assisting on preparation of reports to management,
  • Analysis of market trends & happenings, and competitor evaluations.
  • Build strategic relationships and partnerships with key industry players, agencies and vendors.
  • Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels – content creation, content
  • Curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation
  • Campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis etc.
  • Organize or seek out relevant opportunities to be involved in events, conferences, tradeshows, etc.
  • Work closely with sales & designers to come up with a suitable marketing approach that
  • Drives traffic and conversions and churn materials for media use.
