Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of all below-the-line (BTL) events in collaboration with multiple agencies. Ensure that each event aligns with brand objectives and marketing strategies.
  • Manage a variety of events, including but not limited to roadshows, product launch, auto show, media test drives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with various agencies and vendors. Ensure that all partners are aligned with the event vision and deliver on time and within budget.
  • Develop and manage event budgets, tracking expenditures to ensure financial objectives are met without compromising quality.
  • Evaluate the success of each event through key performance indicators (KPIs) and attendee feedback. Use insights to refine future strategies and improve overall event execution.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all events.
  • Brainstorm and implement innovative event concepts that captivate audiences and enhance brand recognition.
  • Take charge of on-site operations during events, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and addressing any issues that arise promptly.
  • Prepare detailed reports post-event, highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and recommendations for future events.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging event technologies to continuously elevate the quality and effectiveness of BTL events.


Qualifications

  • :Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field
  • .Minimum of 5 years of experience in event management or marketing, with a strong emphasis on BTL events
  • .Proven track record of successfully managing diverse events such as product launches, roadshows, and trade shows
  • .Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with experience in managing multiple events simultaneously
  • .Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels
