Senior Executive, Maintenance Management

Job Responsibilities: -

• Implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as per Standard Operation Procedure and ISO Quality Standard where relevant
• Implement maintenance plan and SOP standards and ensure compliance by the maintenance contractors engaged for the works
• Monitor SO/Rep. on the rectification of defect works carried out by 3 rd party contractors during defect liability period.
• Direct all activities necessary to provide for the maintenance, upkeep and enhancement of township’s amenities within township.
• Coordinate services activities with other townships, department and relevant authorities.
• Participate in community or professional meetings on township issues.
• Ensure on time handing over of completed in-phase infrastructures i.e road and drain, street lighting and landscaping to the respective authorities.
• Liaison and communicating to ensure proper maintenance work to be carried out by the authorities.
• Manage – strata development i.e. establishment of MF&SF and House Rules, appointment of vendor services, audited account, common area & common facilities and to coordinate for 1st AGM.
• Manage – maintenance and security issue of unsold properties.
• Monitor and coordinate Auxiliary Police activities and facilities.
• Prepare TCS related reports as per management requirement.
• To execute any task given by the superior
