Responsibilities
- Meet personal and team sales targets using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc)
- Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
- Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
- Maintain and expand customer coverage within your assigned territory
- Effective field operations capability
- Execute and maintain optimum in-store visibility/presence
- Execute and maintain healthy inventory in trade
- Collect and monitor customer receivables
- Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales
- Report and provide market information and feedback to management
- Proven sales experience in FMCG industry
- Track record of achieving quota
- Computer use competency
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
