Project Executive (Specifier)

We are looking for suitable candidates to fill the vacancy of Project Executive (Specifier) in all regions of Malaysia.

Candidates for this position are required to be self-motivated in expanding TOA's market share through new lead sources, such as government-linked companies (GLCs). This person will need to communicate effectively with various stakeholders within TOA and its group of companies.

Job Overview

• Reporting to the Head of Project Sales and assist the Project Sales Team to hit the annual sales target.
• Sought new potential opportunities for revenue growth.
• Ensure compliance with the ISO9001 and ISO 14001 integrated management system

Responsibilities

• Responsible to create new accounts, build and maintain good relationships with government departments, such as the Public Works Department, district councils, and GLCs,
• To promote TOA's range of products to architects, developers, civil engineers, district engineers, surveyors (QS), and contractors.
• Planning and carrying out periodic visits to each government department, building relationships with relevant officials.
• Able to conduct product briefing and presentation for government bodies and communicate effectively.
• Involved in every activity that the company conducts, including holding briefings and participating in exhibitions organized by the company and the government.
• Able to propose proper painting systems / recommended project pricing when required
• Sales analysis and identify business opportunity in the assigned area.
• Ability to travel and be prepared to be relocated to a new area as assigned by the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma, or any equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 years sales experience in paints industry preferably decorative market.
• Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Pro-active, mature and willing to contribute to the overall business growth.
• Hands on with Microsoft Words / Excel / Power Point is a must.
• Willing to travel locally and nationwide when needed.
• Posses own transport and valid driving license.
