Job Responsibilities
- Oversee and drive sales initiatives through a team of Account Managers within the assigned segment to meet revenue and sales targets for the division.
- Supervise, motivate, and guide Account Managers to achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue goals for their designated business segment.
- Translate the company’s and division’s sales and revenue targets into actionable business strategies for Account Managers, ensuring all activities are aligned to meet these goals.
- Establish and maintain strong business relationships with key customers in the segment to enhance customer experience.
- Monitor and analyze the sales team’s performance through monthly reviews of visitation and performance reports.
- Develop plans for the unit’s trade activities and programs to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
- Assist and mentor Account Managers in creating their Account Planning Documents to identify and expand new business opportunities.
Job Requirements
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the business segment (industry vertical).
- Experience with large-scale accounts or enterprise-level clients.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
