We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a permanent role: Manager of Human Resources and Administration to be based in Kuala Lumpur.

Job Description:

  • Formulate, drive and ensure implementation the full spectrum of HR and Administration policies and procedures to achieve reliable supply of competent, capable and motivated workforce to support COMPANYs business operation requirements, strategies and objectives.
  • Designs, directs and manages COMPANY process of organization development that includes organization design and structure, workforce planning and recruitment to support the business objectives.
  • Formulate, recommend and implement a competitive salary and benefits package for staff in COMPANY including local and expatriates by carrying out comparative and benchmarking studies on industrial practices, employment market trends and preparing management papers for approval and implementation.
  • Formulate and implement Human Resources policies with regards to employee relations to promote harmonious and conducive work environment.
  • Manage employee relation matters.
  • Drive the implementation of the performance management system and process that includes performance planning, development and improvement plans
  • Control and manage budgets and actual utilization by forecasting requirements, reviewing work programme budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective action to ensure effective cost management and optimization.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resource or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in human resource integrated process.
  • At least 3 years of experience in people management and managerial skills.
  • Experience in upstream oil and gas operation especially in Joint Operating or Production Sharing environment will be an advantage.
  • Knowledge in Malaysian and Thai Labor Law.
