POSITION OVERVIEW

IT Executive consists of staff who are responsible for support and maintenance for critical container operations IT Systems, Software and Hardware. The core objective is to ensure all mission critical IT systems in Westports Terminal are available on 24/7 basis. Other key roles involve IT system release management, maintenance activities and administration roles. Staff will be also responsible in managing and delegating task to IT Support (Non-Executives) are ensuring all task are completed within KPI.

· Reporting to IT Assistant Manager.

· Managing a team of IT Non-Executives

· Support and Maintenance of TOS system/servers (Terminal Operating System)

· Support and Maintenance of CCTV System and Camera (Remote P-check System)

· 2nd Level Support for End User Computing (PC, Laptop, Printers)

· 2nd Level Support for Mobile devices on Equipment’s (Tablets)

· 2nd Level Support for DTRS devices (Base Set and Walkie Talkie)

· System Administration

· Asset Maintenance

· Registration of incidents in Helpdesk Ticketing System

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· To support TOS application server and system related issues and ensure issues are addressed and resolved within target KPI’s.

· To ensure TOS Server maintenance & deployment are carried out as per MOP.

· To support CCTV incidents related to application/infra/hardware and ensure issues are addressed and resolved within target KPI’s.

· To ensure configuration of Camera/Routers/Switches/Tablets and accessories for Hot Swap are done within KPI’s.

· 2nd level support for End User Computing jobs involving installation/maintenance/repair of Computer Hardware/Software (Desktop and Laptops), Printers and Peripheral devices.

· 2nd level support for Mobile Device incidents related to application/hardware and ensure issues are addressed and resolved within target KPI’s.

· 2nd level support for DTRS Device incidents related to infra/hardware and ensure issues are addressed and resolved within target KPI’s.

· To ensure System Administration (Create/edit/delete) access is completed within KPI’s.

· To ensure all Asset maintenance is carried out as per schedule without interruption to services and business.

· To ensure all IT system related incidents are registered in Helpdesk Ticketing System for escalation.

· To ensure all task delegated to IT non-executives is effectively monitored to ensure issues are addressed and resolved within target KPI’s.

REQUIREMENTS

· Willingness to work on shift.

· Bachelor’s degree in information technology or relevant IT field with 2-3 years working experience.

· Strong understanding of the functions of IT Computer & Mobile systems, hardware, software, and other peripheral equipment.

· Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills

· Strong IT Support & Troubleshooting Skills

· Strong analytical thinking and problem solving.

· Good requirement gathering and software testing skills.

· Strong leadership skills.
