Manager/ Senior Manager – Accounting Services

Qualifications & experience

• Degree or professional-level qualifications in Accountancy.
• 5 years or more of accounting experience in accounting firms, shared services, or outsourcing service providers, preferably in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• Client service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective negotiation and presentation skills.
• Leadership skills to provide appropriate supervision and training to team members.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel, and standard accounting software.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Schedule and monitor timelines and strategies to ensure successful completion and delivery of financial and accounting services to a diverse client portfolio.
• Review monthly client accounts, statutory and financial reporting requirements, and service tax returns.
• Monitor compliance with relevant regulatory requirements set by local authorities.
• Ensure adherence to current standards of financial disclosure.
• Liaise and respond directly to clients, auditors, and tax agents regarding accounting matters and queries.
• Guide and train junior staff, and manage billings and collections for client services.
