OVERVIEW
- Leading the Sales & Business Development team to promote and sell Mun Global products to its full market potentials in the assigned territories and sectors.
- To lead, guide & motivate the sales & operation team in achieving assigned mission & KPIs.
- To develop growth strategies & plans in achieving assigned targets.
- To promote and sell company’s products to assigned markets / channels, but not limited to medicals, dentals, laboratories, foods, hospitality, manufacturing industries etc.
- To be an expert in company’s products and be able to detail and recommend the best solutions for customers.
- To manage distributor and customer relation in professional manner.
- Able to counter challenges and provide professional solutions / services to customers.
- To continuously explore new business opportunities and market potentials to increase market shares.
- To ensure all sales objectives are met by formulating and executing promotional strategies and sales plan in line with company’s business objectives.
- To organize and hold effective sales presentations.
- To assist in organizing and participate in trade exhibitions.
- To maintain proper records and reports.
- To regularly share and exchange market information/feedbacks with team for market intelligence.
- To undertake other special assignment, ad-hoc functions and other related duties specified by the company.
- Any other tasks that assigned by your superior.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor Degree in Life Sciences, Medical Sciences, Chemistry, Marketing or any equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in pharmaceutical/medical industries or any sales related capacity is preferred.
- Competent in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Able to analyse data and market intelligence.
