About The Role - You Will
Located in Johor Bahru’s technology park, our office is one of the largest electronics component manufacturers in Johor. On site, we encourage employees to lead active and healthy lives. The facility offers an in-house gym as well as a cafeteria offering healthier menu options. Employees have fun and build strong relationships by participating in many sports, recreation and cultural activities like badminton, soccer and chess tournaments. We’re also proud to give back to the greater Johor community through many STEM volunteer activities.

About The Role - You Will
- Analyze production processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement to enhance productivity and reduce waste
- Conduct time studies and perform cost analysis to evaluate operational performance
- Collaborate with management and other departments to develop and implement engineering solutions
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement
- Support the implementation of Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies
- Critical Thinking: Ability to evaluate complex problems and develop effective solutions
- Initiative: Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement and drives change
- Adaptability: Willingness to embrace change and adjust strategies as needed
- Collaboration: Able to work effectively in team environments and builds positive relationships across departments
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and quality in all tasks
- Effective communication skill
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in industrial engineering or process improvement roles
- Proficiency and application of AutoCAD software and statistical analysis tools
- Utilization and knowledge of KNIME, Power BI and Tableau (added advantage)
- Application and knowledge of Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies are a plus
