Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Sales Representative proficient in both Mandarin (Simplified) and English to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, handling sales calls, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. You will play a vital role in helping the company expand into Mandarin-speaking markets while maintaining strong relationships with our English-speaking customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver customer service that meets KPIs, addressing inquiries and resolving issues using available tools.
  • Actively listen to customer needs, show empathy, and build rapport while promoting additional products/services.
  • Greet customers courteously, maintain product knowledge, and provide accurate information.
  • Log and update all customer interactions in the call tracking system.
  • Participate in activities to improve customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
  • Refer customers to resources or escalate complex issues to senior staff as needed.

Requirements:

  • Languages: Proficiency in Mandarin (Simplified) and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
  • Experience: Minimum of [1 year] experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
  • Customer-Oriented: Passion for providing excellent customer service and building lasting client relationships.
  • Sales-Driven: Goal-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to handle challenging customer interactions professionally.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience is a plus.
  • Fresh Graduates (Degree/Diploma)
  • SPM (Must have at least 1 year experience
  • Familiarity with sales in Mandarin-speaking markets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM4,200.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
