Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect & Implement Solutions: Lead the design and development of sleek, high-performance mobile applications using React Native based on wireframes and business requirements.
  • Analyze & Document Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements, translating them into actionable development tasks.
  • Ensure High-Quality Outputs: Produce and maintain comprehensive documentation for application scope, design, testing, and implementation. Ensure that all solutions meet the highest standards.
  • Troubleshooting & Bug Fixing: Take ownership of reported client and user issues, proactively identifying and resolving technical challenges. Work with internal, cross-functional, and external teams for advanced problem-solving.
  • Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with developers, designers, and stakeholders through all phases of the software development lifecycle, including coding, testing, documentation, and deployment in an agile Scrum environment.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
  • React Native Expertise: At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience developing mobile applications using React Native. You understand how to build efficient, scalable, and responsive mobile solutions.
  • Version Control Mastery: Strong proficiency with Git for version control.
  • UI/UX Skills: Experience in designing beautiful, intuitive mobile applications using frameworks like Bootstrap or equivalent CSS frameworks.
  • Technical Leadership: Proven 3-5 years of experience leading mobile development teams, mentoring peers, and driving successful project outcomes.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience with JavaScript/Java, Spring Boot, Webpack, Node.js, and Ajax.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Sass/Less CSS preprocessors and web services.
  • Prior experience working in a digital banking platform or fintech environment.
