Litigation Senior Lawyer/ Litigation Junior Lawyers

1) To attend case management, court hearings, trials and meetings;
2) To monitor all files closely and liaise with all relevant parties from time to time;
3) To provide independent legal opinions;
4) To conduct legal research and to draft cause papers and submissions;
5) To work with and lead the litigation team in our litigation department; and,
6) To assist in preparing and supervising all litigation documents for whatever matters handled by the law firm.

Litigation Junior Lawyers

1) To work with our litigation team in our litigation department;
2) To assist in legal research, court filings, drafting of cause papers, getting involved in getting-up for hearings and trials, and appearing in court etc;
3) To assist in preparing litigation documents for whatever matters handled by our law firm;
4) To maintain and update file status on our operation systems; and,
5) To attend case management, court hearings, trials and meetings.

1) Minimum 7 years post qualification experience;
2) Experience in civil litigation (with some criminal litigation);
3) We seek to employ a committed and responsible individual with strong leadership, analytical and communication skills, as well as good work ethics;
4) Must work indepently with minimum supervision;

Litigation Junior Lawyers

1) 4-5 years’ experience in litigation(mainly civil litigation);
2) We seek to employ a committed and responsible individual with strong analytical and communication skills, as well as good work ethics;
3) Proactive and is a good team player;
4) Able to take instructions from the supervising lawyers and execute them accordingly in a timely manner;
5) Able to work independently with minimum supervision;
