We are currently seeking an exceptional professional to join us as Accounts Payable Manager

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the Accounts Payable team, provide coaching and guidance to team members in their work.

• Manage and account for the Accounts Payable function, ensure that end-to-end activities are carried out in an accurate and timely manner.

• Perform full spectrum of Accounts Payable and Payment responsibilities.

• Process employees’ expense claims, highlighting claims that are not in line with expense policy.

• Prepare and ensure that reports as required by stakeholders are prepared in a timely and accurate manner.

• Initiate and support process improvement projects.

• Participate and support management's initiatives and reports.

• Manage and perform month-end close activities.

• Monitor and review the ageing of payables and execute procedures to ensure that balances are up-to-date, and payments are made in time.

• Participate in bank and treasury-related matters and reporting activities as required.

• Support statutory and internal audit processes.

• Support corporate income tax, indirect tax (such as GST, VAT, SST) and withholding tax submissions/activities and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

• Responsible for maintaining documentation and filing and ensuring compliance with policies and local regulations.

• Support budgeting and forecasting processes.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy/ACCA.

• 5 years of Accounts Payable experience in Shared Service Function is an added advantage.

• Proficient in English and Mandarin.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to work with tight timelines in a dynamic environment.

• Meticulous and able to process data with a high degree of accuracy.

• Positive work attitude, demonstrating good interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.

• Reliable, responsible, accountable, and proactive approach to problem solving.
