Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the customer accounts that are assigned to meet customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the other departments concerned on the effective handling of the customer complaints to prevent recurrence.
  • Closely review and monitor the quality performance of the customer accounts that are assigned to him / her. Plan, develop and implement the strategies to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist Department Head in executing the plans and strategies to achieve the department objectives as well as organization quality policy and objectives.
  • Plan, schedule and conduct periodic quality system and process audit at in-house, suppliers and subcontractors’ premises to ensure their continuing capability in producing products that are meeting customer requirements / specifications.
  • Work closely with all departments concerned on any new project/ tooling at the very beginning stage to identify all potential failures and their potential causes, determine the appropriate controls and corrective actions to eliminate or at least to minimize the frequency of occurrence.
  • Plan, schedule, and conduct product training to subordinates and/ or QA personnel to ensure their competence in defect detection and inspection judgment.
  • Recommend solutions for the improvement of quality, productivity and work efficiency to increase customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/ Degree in any relevant engineering or non engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in QA/QC.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
