  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Purpose

  • Responsible for the smooth running of the branch’s daily operations.
  • Maintain good staff discipline, staff relation and industrial harmony in the branch. Effective utilizes staff in accomplishment of the goals and objectives of the branch through their respective roles

Key Responsibilities

Operative Duties:

  • Attends to discussions and enquiries from customers and prospective customers of the Bank in matters relating to the Bank’s business and services.
  • Ensure that customers’ business needs/enquiries/complaints are attended expeditiously to meet service quality of the branch according to the Bank’s service standard.
  • Checks and monitors cash holding of the branch to ensure that it is within the allowed limit.
  • Gathers information through survey from customers and updated information on other Bank’s products/services with plans to further improve our customer service.
  • Follow procedures in monitoring and ensuring good customers services in all operations.

Compliance

  • Ensure internal controls in accordance to the Bank’s guidelines and operating procedures are properly implemented and monitored.
  • Assists in detecting/ recognizing and monitoring suspicious transactions and ensures that reporting procedures are observed.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in any discipline
  • At least 5 years of experience in banking operations
