Motion Designer/Multimedia Designer

Motion Designer Job Scope:

• Manipulate and edit video pieces based on briefs or creative inputs.
• Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the video for marketing purposes. Input music, dialogues, graphics and effects. Create rough and final cuts.
• Brainstorm and work with teammates to deliver concepts (mood boards, mockup designs, digital designs, etc) and turn ideas into reality.
• Able to multitask on a wide variety of diverse projects from broadcast graphics to channel branding to social media design, creating motion graphics, videos and more.
• Take ownership of projects and understand the creative goals - knowing the right questions to ask, tracking down answers, taking feedback, and following through.
• Create design concepts, graphics, layout for website UIUX, app interfaces, digital materials matching industry standards.
• Work closely with marketing team, design and develop A&P materials to deliver strong signal and concepts to targeted audience
• Must be responsible, self-motivated, self-breakthrough, attention to details and goods communicative skills, can work under pressure with commit date line
• Assist in coordinating and managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Multimedia Designer Job Scope:

• Assist senior designers and creative leads in the execution of design projects across digital and
  print mediums, including websites, social media graphics, email campaigns, print collateral, and
  more.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas and concepts to projects.
• Create and refine design concepts, graphics, layouts, and visual elements based on project
  requirements and feedback.
• Support in the production of design deliverables, ensuring they are completed on time and meet
  quality standards.
• Maintain awareness of current design trends, techniques, and best practices to continually
  improve your skills and contribute innovative ideas.
• Assist in maintaining and organizing digital assets, including file management and version control.
• Adapt designs for various platforms and formats while ensuring consistency across all channels.
• Seek feedback and proactively implement revisions to improve design quality and effectiveness.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment by supporting fellow team members
  and sharing knowledge.
  

Requirements:

• A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical
  experience.
• Basic understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
• Creative thinking and a passion for design, with a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced
  environment.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow design briefs and guidelines accurately.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Motion Designer Essential: Proficient with the Adobe Design software (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premier Pro), Knowledge in producing motion graphics (GIF) and good video editing skills
• Multimedia Designer Essential: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with other relevant tools, Basic understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition
• Languages required: English and Mandarin. Other languages are a plus
