Senior Corporate Advisor

Job Responsibilities

• Corporate advisory: Contribute valuable insights and solutions to senior management. This role requires a combination of financial acumen, industry knowledge, and exceptional communication skills to drive key decision-making processes and enhance overall corporate performance.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and implement effective corporate strategies that align with the company's long-term goals and objectives.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis, assess market trends, and evaluate investment opportunities to support decision-making processes.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and opportunities, providing proactive recommendations to mitigate risks and capitalize on strategic opportunities.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, regulatory bodies, and external advisors, ensuring effective communication and alignment of interests.
• Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of relevant industry regulations and ensure our clients comply with all legal and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Finance, Accounting and Finance, Banking and Investment or equivalent subjects.
• Preferably candidates with auditing, accounting and corporate finance experience.
• Required languages: English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to guide and mentor a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
