Position Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible to conduct market analysis and propose product positioning strategy based on market requirement. Also, the candidate will be tasked to prepare product launching and to support regional development based on current certification and compliance.

A day in the life of...

  • To gather data & market analysis on market and industry trends by working together with R&D team on the product requirement.
  • To gather product pre-requisite such as certification, laws, regulations & compliance.
  • To gather data post launching to analyze on market feedback for further product development / Improvement.
  • To ensure continuous improvement of existing product range, data integrity & quality information.
  • To understand & work together with Marketing to create a go-to-market strategy.
  • To gather all product info, features, specification & compilation for product launching preparation & trainings.
  • To work closely with Marketing for product launching to ensure proper implementation.
  • To work closely with Marketing for marketing collateral & product info.
  • To work closely with R&D on product development process, from appearance of the product to packaging designs & other related to product development.
  • To support regional inquiries regarding to market requirements, product specifications, promotional materials & certificates, laws, regulations & compliance.
  • To work closely with Marketing on the products positioning & developing of promotional materials.
  • Other assigned duties by superior / management from time to time.

What will make you successful

  • Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electrical / Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 1 - 3 years’ working experience in product management & product marketing or product analysis experience in Air Filtration Industry. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Familiar with data analysis, product launching, event planning & management.
  • Possess good content writing & market research strategy.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Demonstrate good interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Strong analysis, planning, Initiative & able to work independently.
  • Systematic & positive problem-solving approach.
