- Min Diploma & above
- 2 years working experience as store or retail manager or 5 years on sales experience.
- Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience.
- Sufficient knowledge of modem management techniques and best practices .
- Ability to meet sales targets and production goals.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Result-driven and customer focused.
- Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations. Customer service and sales driven.
- Meet goals and result-orientated.
- Bring out the best of branch's personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation.
- Monitor sales metrics (eg. Weekly sales results and annual forecasts).
- Act as the point of contact and handle customer’s individual needs.
- Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks.
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.
- Supervise sales representatives to ensure sales generate.
- Report on the status of sales and transactions.
- Set and track sales targets, aligned with company objectives.
