  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:-

  • Supervise the latex compound preparation for extrusion (Production)
  • Provide technical and strategic guidance in selecting the best quality latex which suits the needs of the compounding and production processes
  • Implement process improvements and best practices in latex storage, preparation, compounding and production
  • Lead the root cause analysis and trouble-shooting of compounding and extrusion issues related to latex quality/properties
  • Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established tasks and KPIs
  • Continuous improvement of process in view of cost reduction and modern rubber industries technologies

Job Requirements:-

  • Minimum 5 years of intensive experience in latex/rubber industry or equivalent job scope
  • Strong technical leadership and project management skills proven
  • Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, polymer science, or chemical engineering or related field
  • Role is based in manufacturing plant at Bentong, Pahang
  • Must posses driving license and willing to relocate
  • Accommodation is provided
