Global Sales & Application Engineer

Position Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible to manage Asia Sales Growth, Solution Selling, Customer Service Satisfaction & Product Knowledge by respective country’s requirement including government policies and taxing climate.

A day in the life of...

• Achieve individual sales target through active sales activities.
• Identify business opportunity, establish & maintain long term business relationship with existing and potential customers.
• Ensure that the proper billing & documentation related to sales is completed.
• Ensure optimum sales margin & AAF ASIA target is met.
• Clearly understand requirement for special products or projects, considering the possibility of production, manage to get product cost & lead time that meet customer requirement.
• Ensure respective sales country meet their budget.
• Training and consulting solution selling to AAF Asia & distributor sales teams.
• Ensure each sales country capable to do solution selling & leverage margin of AAF Asia.
• Assist sales country hand on hand to penetrate competitor customers.
• Sensor 360 solution to end customer, enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Adequate communication with the customers on the order status, vessel booking, etc. & decide on follow up action.
• Provide customers’ feedback and information to the Product Development & QA Department for service and product improvement.
• Other assigned duties as required by superior / management from time to time.

What will make you successful

• Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 1 - 2 years’ working experience in in Air Filtration Equipment, Cleanroom or HVAC industry. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office.
• Strong analysis, planning, Initiative & able to work independently.
• Possess good negotiation & decision-making skills.
• Systematic & positive problem-solving approach.
• Available for Travel Oversea 50% & must be able to travel at short notice.
