Position Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible to manage new Gas Phase (GP) product development and reengineering support, technical sales support, gas phase product analysis support and gas phase training & education.

A day in the life of...

  • Work with RND team in GP product development.
  • Upkeep GP product specification and datasheet.
  • Work with RND team in reengineering existing product if necessary.
  • Supporting in GP technical material.
  • Work with third party in carry joint-cooperation research activity.
  • Provide technical sale support to SEA sales offices.
  • Join customer visit with the local sales offices in SEA.
  • Provide a total solution for inquiry & investigate product complaint.
  • Provide technical support on-site testing or air sampling in term of procedure.
  • Review GP test report & signed off.
  • Prepare site air sampling guideline if needed.
  • Prepare GP media analysis SOP together with R&D team.
  • Conduct GP product training to sales team.
  • Update & educate sales team on the GP new product and improvement.
  • Conduct GP marketing tools & testing equipment training.
  • Prepare the gas phase project reference list & case study
  • Get update market trend from time to time & sharing between all region.
  • Other assigned duties as required by superior / management from time to time.

What will make you successful

  • Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering / Chemical Technology / Chemistry or equivalent.
  • At least 1 - 2 years’ working experience in in Air Filtration Equipment, Cleanroom or HVAC industry. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Possess good knowledge on chemicals & its property.
  • Familiar with chemical testing equipment & its procedure.
  • Knowledge in Gas Phase standard & laboratory.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Demonstrate good critical thinking, interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Strong analysis, planning, Initiative & able to work independently.
  • Systematic & positive problem-solving approach.
