  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Your goal

  • Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns for property launches
  • Manage and execute promotional activities, including property exhibitions, events and content creation, to drive interest and sales for new development
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns including social media, email marketing and content marketing to drive traffic and generate leads
  • Plan and monitor marketing budgets, ensure cost effective campaigns, while managing relationships with external vendors and agencies
  • Track and analyze marketing performance metrics and report on campaign effectiveness
  • Handle sales enquiries from walk/ call in customers
  • Close sales, get new leads, follow up with potential customers
  • Monitor sales processes based on ISO standards including following up on loan applications and liaising with solicitors on loan documentations
  • Monitor and prepare for submission and renewal of AP and DL, including but not limited to other legal documents to respective authorities
  • Build and maintain good relationship with existing and potential customers
  • Assist in the development, production, and distribution of sales/ promotional materials
  • Assist and participate in preparation and execution of launches and promotional events

Ideal Applicant

  • Experience in digital marketing strategies, including social media and content marketing
  • Relevant experience in Sales & Marketing in property sector is an added advantage
  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administrative, Real Estate, or equivalent
