Campaign Strategy and Ads Execution

Responsibilities：

Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute comprehensive digital advertising strategies, including defining campaign goals, target audience, and budget allocation.
Create engaging ad content creatives and continuously optimize ad content performance to improve click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Conduct audience research and segmentation to refine targeting strategies and ensure ads reach the right demographics.
Implement A/B testing for ad elements to optimize campaign effectiveness.
Assist in managing advertising budgets and monitoring spending to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
Generate reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging advertising platforms.
Prepare promotional ideas/content based on client's requirement.
Content creation for social media.

Requirements:

Junior or Senior Level
At least 1 year experience in relevant job.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
Good command in Mandarin and English.
Passion for digital marketing and eagerness to learn and grow in the field.
Proven experience in developing and executing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.
Excellent communication, teamwork and time management skills.
Training will be provided to help you develop the skills necessary to succeed in this role.
Candidates fluent in mandarin are preferred as the role requires the candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients
