Qualifications & experience:

Understanding of all hotel management best practices is an advantage
Tasks & responsibilities:
Develop and implement an intuitive and efficient marketing strategy to enhance hotel image
Ensure company standards for housekeeping, decor and guest services are met
Keep track of the hotel’s financials
Monitor staff performance
Coordinate front-office and back-office activities and resolve any problems
Other tasks assigned by Superior from time to time
