Content Landscape Monitoring:

Oversee the collection and analysis of data related to Media Prima Audio brands and competing brands on both traditional and digital platforms to ensure strategic insights are leveraged effectively.

Analysis Reporting:

Be fully conversant with all Media Prima Audio systems and data requirements to develop relevant analysis reports as required by various teams and senior management.

Client Tracking:

Conduct monthly tracking of RADEX data, reporting on top-spending clients, and sharing these insights with OMNIA, senior management, and other relevant teams.

In-House Music Research:

Lead the internal development and execution of all music research and testing processes, ensuring the completion of fortnightly music studies and twice-yearly online music tests with targeted audiences for each brand.

Oversee the transition from third-party music research vendors to in-house methodologies, ensuring that the quality and depth of insights are maintained to support programming and content decisions.

Perceptual Research:

Ensure that all perceptual research questions for each brand are developed in alignment with the strategic requirements of the brands and market trends.

Data-Driven Reports:

Create all necessary reports with detailed analysis on various data sources, including GfK, CCR, Nielsen RADEX, and focus group findings, to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.

Digital Data Dashboards:

Develop centralized digital data dashboards for easy access to key metrics by relevant teams, ensuring they can extract data necessary for driving brand objectives.

Establish dashboards to monitor and report on digital content performance, highlighting effectiveness and areas of improvement.

Vendor Management: Manage relationships and deliverables with all research-related vendors to ensure timely and accurate completion of services, even as some tasks are internalized.

Field Study Development:

Work closely with vendors (where required) to design and implement field studies that align with Media Prima Audio’s research objectives and continue to drive audience Engagement.

Research Innovation: Stay up-to-date on emerging research methodologies and models, recommending the appropriate steps and innovations to senior management for informed decision-making.

Practical Skills, Abilities and Attributes
