Job Responsibilities :

  • To perform annual review of Small Business Lending / Financing accounts for submission to Credit Management in compliance of Group Credit Policy / guidelines.
  • To perform Simplified Review for related company as per CBBC / BDMs’ request.
  • To ensure correct data input and perform data cleaning (if need to in Bank system) prior to renewal submission in CREST.
  • To attend to customer’s post renewal enquiries / requests (e.g. terms variation, pricing variation & other operational requests relating to renewal done)
  • To ensure compliance of post disbursement / renewal condition imposed by Credit Management prior to the deadlines.
  • To conduct verification and confirmation for account passed bulk review.
  • Courtesy follow up with customer in delinquent status
  • Managing portfolio by encourage utilization of the Overdraft, Multi Tradelines facility to improve Asset Growth

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking/Economics or equivalent
  • Required skill(s): credit processing or credit evaluation and good in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Word.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in credit processing or evaluation for business loan. Possess good credit knowledge, credit writing and analytical skills.
  • Good verbal communication interpersonal skills.
